| On July 17th, 2002 I received an e mail from a woman in Minnesota. She said she found me over the internet. Her name is Rolene Rabinowitz. She told me she was adopted from Patra, and the attorney that handled her case, was Steven Scopas, the attorney that was indicted for the baby selling scandal in NY in the 1950's, and also the same attorney that was all over my adoption paperwork. My biological sister, Ellen Goldstein / Rubinstein's attorney was Maurice Issacar also indicted at that time When I saw the baby picture of her ( around 6 yrs old) I almost fell down. It is the spitting image of me at that age. |

I, Maxine Deller, grew up in Elmont NY, Ellen in the Bronx and Rolene in Brooklyn then Queens. We were all 20 minuets away from each other all of our lives, but never knew it.
